MOSCOW, Sep 28 (PRIME) -- The Russian government does not have plans to mute Google’s video hosting YouTube, Digital Development Minister Maksut Shadayev said on Wednesday.
Shadayev said in mid-June that YouTube stayed the leader by mobile traffic accounting for 18% of traffic of the country’s top four mobile operators – MTS, MegaFon, VimpelCom, and T2 RTK Holding.
